22-year-old GM Arjun Erigaisi is a frequent guest at the TePe Sigeman Chess Tournament.
He became a grandmaster at the age of 14, and in 2022, he won the Tata Steel Chess Challengers, scoring 10½ points over 13 rounds. In 2022, he also won the Indian Chess Championship and the Abu Dhabi Masters. In the 2024 TePe Sigeman Chess Tournament, he shared second place behind winner Abdusattorov.
He is participating in the TePe Sigeman Chess Tournament for the fourth time.
