2016: Had her international break-through, winning the girl’s U14 class in the World Youth Championships.
2017: Entered the top-100 ladies’ FIDE rating list (in place 95).
2018: Played her first Women’s World Championship. Got knocked out in the second round.
2024: She participated in a number of open tournaments, and in the Abu Dhabi Masters, she scored five points in nine rounds, drawing against Vasyl Ivanchuk and defeating Yagiz Kaan Erdogmus. She was the top scorer at board one in the Chess Olympics.
2025: Won the women’s FIDE Grand Prix, qualifying for the Women’s Candidate Tournament. Finished second and third in the women’s World Rapid Chess Championship and World Blitz Chess Championship. Led her team Tajfun SK Ljubljana to third place in the European Cup team tournament, with a score of five points in six games and a performance rating of 2713.
2026: Started the year in second place on the women’s FIDE rating list.
